Friends , I am in need of help on inverse matrices, graphing parabolas, midpoint of a line and subtracting fractions. Since I am a newbie to Remedial Algebra, I really want to understand the bedrocks of Algebra 1 completely. Can anyone suggest the best resource with which I can start reading the basics? I have the final next week.

Sounds like your bases are not clear . Excelling in common denominator of 12 and 36 requires that your concepts be strong . I know students who actually start tutoring juniors in their first year. Why don’t you try Algebrator? I am quite sure, this program will aid you.

I always use Algebrator to help me with my math assignments. I have tried several other software programs but so far this is the best I have encountered . I guess it is the detailed way of explaining the solution to problems that makes the whole process appear so effortless . It is indeed a very good piece of software and I can vouch for it.

I remember having often faced problems with conversion of units, trinomials and algebraic signs. A really great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Intermediate algebra, Remedial Algebra and Algebra 1. I greatly recommend the program.
